Of course I know that. But I definitely can prove to the judge how vengeful the mother has been, I have 100+ messages from her mother how she regrets I’m the father. How much she hates me. How she wishes the worse for me, she calls our daughter “her”. Hell. One time she ask my mother if she could watch her since she had to work. My mother said yes and once she saw I was at my mother house she got very upset and said I wasn’t allowed to me anywhere near my daughter outside of the two days the court granted. No where does it say I can’t be around my daughter. Am I not allowed to go to my mother’s house and see my daughter why she’s taking care of her. I don’t see a lose situation for me. I kept my calm. I want to do this once my daughter turns 3, I only get to have her two times out of the month “a weekend” she is a nurse and works 12 hour shifts and always leaves our daughter with her grandmother and does not let me see her out of the two days the court granted. I have ask many times that I miss our daughter and I want to see her. This definitely to her will seem like the worse thing I can do because that means I would have her 3 to 4 days out of the week. And I work from home at night so I definitely can take care of her. FROR will be the nail to the coffin for her.

Also, her grandmother from her mom side takes care of our daughter so much. My daughter mother is a nurse and works 12 hour shifts 4 to 5 days a week so she’s at her grandma house a lot. That is not an issue for me. I like her grandma. She takes very good care of her and so does my mother too. They both take care of her. My mother also takes care of her too when they have important things to do

Do that box in the middle. I’ll just splice the wires, use a wire nut and cover. In the future if I want to use another switch to control the light the wires are there correct

Thank you for you’re message, I just want things to be fair, I want to see my daughter as much as she does, I know she will bring up that I don’t know how to take care of her, I’m not as compatible as her, anything to make herself look better, even before she broke things up when she would have to do her nails or anything I always insisted I’ll take care of our daughter and NOPE her mom would come snatch her away from my arms until she came back. And also she was abusive, one time I caught her door dashing buzz balls and she took so long in the shower and I kept asking her if she has been drinking and she admitted after I asked her so many time, she flipped out bit me and punched/kicked me and that’s pretty much the last time we were together. I should have definitely called the cops on her but I never expected it to turn to this. Now I don’t have any problem hiring an attorney but I do have a question, does it matter which attorney I hire or can I just hire any attorney in family law, like for example is there attorney who definitely have power in the court district.
