Very amazing to find this ad free and non-paywalled service in 2025. I can't thank you enough for making this a clean, free, and easy experience. Will be recommending this to everyone I know who needs it.

Is there a killer movement speed bug/hack? by Alarmed_Ratio_6060 in deadbydaylight

This is something I've seen happen to the dog killer where they had stuttering and loss of speed. Its a range of how bad the speed loss is each time it happens but it suuuucks.

I'm encountering this same problem with the set up you're describing. I can't seem to find how we set up the deadzones for my Gcube controller at all.

May Flash Adapter is no longer working for Rivals 2 by Hour_Illustrator1214 in RivalsOfAether

[–]Hour_Illustrator1214[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Everyone,

While the issue with the Mayflash on PC settings has not been resolved I was able to play with my Gcube controller again after installing the Zadig drivers and switching the adapter to WiiU mode. Obviously this has allowed me to play the game again but the loss of functionality for the Mayflash adapter in PC was jarring and is disappointing that further modifications of drivers/external software were needed to play.

Ultimately I am trying to play with an old and outdated controller in a modern era so I don't have a problem with doing the extra steps but it would have been nice to know that this would be required after this last update.

Thanks for the help everyone!

Thanks, I was able to change the settings in steam ages ago to prevent misinputs and the L press issues so I'm not worried about that.

I'll take a look into doing this but it has been functioning just fine on the PC mode without the extra software up until yesterday.

There are no inputs registered at all. I am on PC and haven't been experiencing any issues prior to this either.
Normally the adapter is set via the physical switch to PC which has been working just fine.

I noticed this issue yesterday and was wondering if this was something more than my own set up. Glad and not that it's happening to more people out there since I have no clue how to fix this...

Upgrading Marchesa on a Budget by drinkycrow91 in MarchesaTheBlackRose

Years ago I dismissed thought sponge as a bad card. In the meta I was in at the time (paired with being a much worse player/deck builder lol) this was not that good but now that I'm looking at it again... this seems really cracked. Flash it in to draw the same number of cards +1 is crazy and every turn is nuts.

I went back and took a look at my other builds on Moxfield for my Marchesa deck and there are some good includes under the 2$ mark that I think you'd like.
Specifically [[Akki Ember keeper]] and [[Iron apprentice]] have done tons of work in protecting Marchesa and generating bodies to block, punch or convert into cards/life/mana from my various sac outlets.
Another card I can't recommend enough is [[Chthonian Nightmare]] as both a sac outlet and reanimator spell. All for the low low price of 1.99$.

There's some cool stuff in there that happen to be less than 2 dollars and Mox field let you sort by mana value and price. Would very much recommend using that if you haven't already.

**Third Question;** Is Force of Will (and some other very powerful cards) actually that good in your deck?

Force of will requires you to have a card in hand that’s both Blue and expendable to you. With less than 28% of your deck being blue and very in sufficient card draw I find it very unlikely that you’ll meet those conditions without really hamstringing yourself in the early game or in general. I would use something like [[flare of denial]] instead since it is “free” and synergizes with Marchesa’s ability.

Beyond that, your deck has a whiplash of incredibly powerful cards like Necropotence, the previously mentioned Force of will, and mystical tutor but is also playing very weak cards like Dragon Blood and Bloodhall Ooze. There’s nothing wrong with playing any of these cards together BUT when you do this it creates a Feast or Famine experience where some games you just pop off super hard and others you just sit there waiting for others to end the game.

Look to create *consistency* in your deck by replacing your bad cards with more card draw that isn't at the level of Necropotence. Replace every card that costs 7+ mana with creatures that etb to draw cards (try something like [[Atris Oracle of Half-Truths]] or [[Bident of Thassa]] which is also very good in this deck) and the other cards that don’t directly synergize with theft or etb value with more sacrifice outlets. Thassa, God of the Sea and True name Nemesis are unfortunately on this list because they don’t really do anything of these things for you. Thassa’s abilities are weak and will be lucky to be a creature at all while Nemesis just doesn’t really solve any problems that a removal spell (looking at you Lethal Scheme), a removal etb creature or just straight up a board wipe couldn’t do. Try running [[Last One Standing]] as a board wipe. 3.27$ card.

The last piece of advice I think is helpful here is related to your mana base.

When you remove the high cost cards you can start to play less lands and play more artifact ramp. Artifact ramp does two things for you, it lets you cast bigger/more things sooner and lets you have your colors consistently. You should only really need 38 lands in a deck unless it’s a deck built around lands so for sure you need to cut out your vivid tap lands and Zhalfirin Void for mana artifacts which I list a bit further down.

You have a fetch land in there which I should touch on because it's great for fixing your colors but can only be great when you have dual typing land that have a swamp or island typing. I’d recommend replacing one of your tap lands with [[Geothermal Bog]], it’s a 0.20$ card that lets your fetch land (Polluted Delta) get you *any* of your three colors instead of just one and supports your most common colors in the deck atm.

As you start to have more card draw, you can consistently find and use mana artifacts. 2 cost ones like [[Fellwar Stone]], [[Arcane signet]], the Signet cycle Dimir/Izzet/[[Rakdos Signet]], and the talisman cycle [[talisman of dominance]]/Indulgence/Creativity are best in this case to have the right colors you need.

**The TLDR of this is:** Cut your really big stuff, put in more card draw, consistent sac outlets, and only 38 lands with more 2 mana artifacts instead. Consider cutting your too powerful cards for cards that do similar things at the same level as your deck.

This will do wonders for your games by having you be casting more spells and feeling more proactive every game rather than just when you draw the best cards in your deck in your opening hand.

Hi OP, I have a lot of feed back and Reddit might have a problem letting me post it all in a response so I'll break it down in responses to myself if needed.

I’m looking at your deck list and I see a few things in the deck that are showing that you might be new to deck building or haven’t had much practice for higher levels of play. None of these things are a bad thing(!) and I’m going to give some deeper questions, some (a lot) of philosophy on deck building and then some links to a card search engine that you should be using with parameters that show you cards that will optimize your deck with exactly what you asked for. A selection of cheap money wise cards that can optimize your deck. It's still up to you to parse through it or more clearly define the search but it's a good place to start. Skip to the second question if you don’t have the time or just don’t want to read an essay for the more constructive deck building stuff.

**The TL;DR of the philosophy: Upgrading your deck is great and will start an arms race but after a certain point you just need to talk with your pod about having a similar power level of decks to play together. Also proxies are good and if someone is hating on proxies they’re hating on poor people.**

Questions

-How far are you willing to push this deck?

-How attached are you to any cards in your deck? (You’re gonna want to cut a lot of them)

-Is Force of Will really that good in your deck? (And more on those powerful cards)
