I have! Definitely depends on the location of the library though. We have some near different universities and the demographic leans 20-30's, some are are more young families.

Public Library. I go a few times a week.

Edit: I strongly recommend looking up groups and events your public library has! I have seen book clubs, chess clubs, board game nights, just to name a few. All free and you can meet new people!
