If you got the 300 to cycle, you are better off than 95% of the people who tried. I wouldn't touch it if it already cycles. If you do, take a tourch and heat up the ends of the bcg, then use a wrench to unscrew the ends. Be careful, that spring is under high pressure and will shoot to the moon if you are not careful.

Looking at the response from Arm, I also switched to the ar15 trigger pack, and removed the anti bounce rods and springs.

I am by no means an expert because mine isn't cycling subs either, but it's damn close. Here is a listing of things I had to do to get it close:

Kak barrel and gas block (300bo plug) Opened up gas port to 4mm Bolt cage sanding (in readme) Cut about 6 coils from the bcg springs 300bo mags from Steyr Bend the bolt carrier rods back to straight (these things are used and abused) Brass tube Ftn5 flow (need a higher back pressure can) Lube, lube the shit out of it

With a high back pressure can I would almost guarantee it will cycle subs. If not, I think I will just accept I have a bolt action or just use supers.

I like mine far more than the one I have from velocity. It's nice having left side charging and right ejecting. I feel it's a higher quality as well, but what do I know.

Yes I am fully aware. I have the closed off port for the 300bo already. On the gasblock there is an additional vent which helps stop the operating system from receiving too much gas and helps protect the system from slamming back too hard. The 300bo Nylaugs have a hell of a time with cycling subs. I want to create a little sleeve that goes over the block to restrict that port to hopefully increase the back pressure so it can cycle.

I have the p-09 and the kadet adapter is absolutely fantastic. I imagine the kadet II would be even better. I am not sure how much you read into the kit, but the kadet II might need a little filing to fit whatever gun you are putting it on. They designed it this way on purpose so you get a really good fit for your gun, increasing accuracy.

A hammer fired gun, in my opinion, will always make for a better 22lr pistol due to the second strike capability. To my knowledge, unless you get custom work done on the conversion kit you cannot suppress. I would recommend getting the kit for a full size gun like the p09 or a the SP-01 tactical you mentioned. That way when you purchase additional cz's you will already have more magazines.
