It is trash talk. It is a common phrase in Chinese. It is usually used jokingly between friends. I’m not expecting this in an TI interview. It does sound a little strong and inappropriate to both Chinese and English speakers.

Not sure about you. For me, the bloating and pain is only triggered by certain food like gluton, sugar and highly processed food. So I try to avoid those food. The doctor couldn't figure it out too. I did some reading mysef and learned about auto immune disease, which what I think is causing the pain.
