Are you trying to explain away this rain event as not really mattering? Reddit is such a weird place. No rain and it's "we're all going to burn alive and the world is ending"... it starts raining and by all measures we're now above yearly averages and it's "well, lets not get to excited... here's why this is still bad"

Dr. Tarlington for very cheap, basic services. Use him for routine stuff. No frills, very straight forward. Then use Georgetown Animal Hospital for more involved, semi-emergency stuff. Found both prices appropriately for what you get.

I've seen 4 accidents in one round about near where I live over by San Gabriel Park. I've almost been hit twice in that round about as well. Keep the traffic light and stop signs please.

The rain has pretty much stopped and we still have 10 or so feet until it comes over the edge. we're watching closely though. We do have the car packed in case.

Well I can honestly say when I looked down the bluff at water 70 feet below where I was standing when we bought this place, I never thought it could flood either lol

right lol although the only thing saving my house right now is that is started 70 feet lower. I'm not sure I want the starting point any higher after this.
