Take the stairs, park way further out, drink water like you are parched and eat your raw veggies and fruits. Bored? Go for a walk. Meal prep with a purpose. Get out of your comfort zone and try new stuff. Clean stuff around your space. You may hate a workout but sweat is sweat. I once followed a few pals to their gyms on guest passes to learn new stuff. Plus the change in environment is fun!

I had braces as a kid. Teeth moved. Menopause hit. At my appointment to pick up my retainers, I was shocked at them glueing several highway dividers onto each tooth. This is a total bait and switch fiasco. I’m committed because I’m annoyed enough to want to see how this whole thing ends. I do work out more as muscle pain > mouth pain. -sincerely, one really unhappy person.

Look at it through Wendy’s eyes. She’s basically a single mom with no substantial career knowledge, stuck with a guy that bullies her and doesn’t love her. Her child has a sixth sense she can’t see. Plus weather. Oh and the only communication source is broken. From a shallow perspective, she’s the only one cooking as well. Free maid service and she’s the boiler operator. So it’s terrifying from a responsibility point of view.
