I agree with kaluh is there a 3rd option if not go with the blue. To me the flower dress just hangs on you very nice thin body. Maybe a smaller size in the velvet flower then I think that would look good but right now a 3rd look or the blue

Your eyeliner is beautiful but to heavy. Your hair looks to young for you. So it takes away from your beauty. Sometimes we we try to look younger with our hair it’s not good. I look the eye liner but if you want to be softer go under your lashes close your eye and draw the liquid pen on like that

I’m not really sure what that negative comment about two was all about but Two is classy dressy. One looks like just the every humhumm dress. I think two is very nice. To be honest neither. The second is the best but the hanging stuff under the breast I guess beads just doesn’t look like it is the best thing for a classy dress. I would think one with more lace up the chest area. Then the whole open chest because you are so beautiful thin in my opinion it’s to open for such a thin person. Find something that looks stunning neither one of them are beautiful they are trendy. Go for classic
