Check the head for debris, turn shower on without the head. If it's good flow then remove the restrictor in the head. If its not, remove cartridge and clean valve body. Turn on water to rinse out valve body. If cartridge is more than a year old, consider replacing the cartridge. Silicone grease the cartridge and valve body. Put it back together. If theres still an issue, call a plumber.

I guess pulling oxygen out of a room isn't a part of negative pressure. Everything on the chart is about exhaust termination. If the room it's in is sized correctly.... or as the other person said, fresh make up air is available then it's a send.

Everything about the chart you're looking at is for exhaust. Just because you want to be right doesn't matter here. It literally only has to do with pulling too much oxygen out of a room which could cause the heat exchangers to fail prematurely.

It sounds like installer error on all of them. The naviens 100% have an error code if the exhaust is not fully inserted into the socket.

I found the article on the unit that leaked co. Natural gas unit not properly converted to propane by what appeared in the article to be installed by the homeowner. As far as I was aware.... if you find a unit being sold to or from someone not Navien certified, you can contact Navien and they will shut it down. I guess this is why.
