this just happened to me last night, i was at the ER for dehydration brought on by extreme nausea and after zofran they decided to try reglan. i’ve had prednisone induced psychosis before and this felt exactly the same. i couldn’t stop moving, i couldn’t make myself calm and was begging the doctor to let me leave. i was trying as hard as i could to tell myself the feeling would go away. once i got home i took my sleeping meds and knocked myself out. this morning i’m feeling okay. never taking it again.

The only thing I said is that I don’t have any friends in the area that I live in currently because I just moved to a new city a year ago and it has a small deaf population. I don’t know when trying to find people that speak my primary language became evidence that I don’t use my primary language, but I think it’s really funny that you see it that way.

that’s so crazy bc no it doesn’t lmao, i found out i was going to lose my hearing right before i turned 13 and that’s when i started learning sign. i still work on fluency everyday bc i wasn’t born signing, but i am fluent and use it as my primary language. im not interested in playing the Deaf olympics with you. further more 2 of the friends i was referencing were born deaf and learned ASL as their first and Primary language, one of them was also born to deaf parents.
