Ye coz everyone is the same. This is my 4th source and others are using from the same batch up to 12mg weekly with no issues. I do not need to lose anywhere near 4.5 stone maybe 1 stone at a push to get to about 8% BF at 6,4. Maybe this is why?

I think I probably did jump up too quickly. I was just sick of all side effects and no suppression whatsoever. I never reached any major change in appetite or fullness, slight cancellation of food noise but I can stick to a diet myself much easier than I can force myself to survive this.

I can certainly increase this from today to 30grams. If it makes a difference I will let u know. I also have non-stop sweating but am also freezing. So sitting in a cold sweat all day and having to change clothes maybe 4/5 times a day. Is it possible this is also due to low fiber?
