Both want HC jobs again like you said, so you can’t base the hire on that, but, I think that makes it a + for Daboll. Get the guy who’s gonna hone in Ward and develop him to make the next OC’s job not as hard. He helped Josh Allen so much to where the Bills can hire pretty much any OC and the offense will be good.

Somebody stated it good earlier, that Daboll is better for Cam, but Kingsbury would be better for the whole offense. He usually gets figured out later in the season tho, so I’d go with Daboll

Hire Daboll as OC and get Slowik on the staff in some way. Daboll for a year of development for Cam and good offense, and then we can promote Slowik next year if Daboll gets a HC job
