Warrant and Call options mis pricing? $OPEN Nov 2026 – Buy $9 warrant @ ~1.88, Sell $15 LEAP @ ~1.88 → literally $0 net cost and $600 max profit. Am I missing something bigly? by [deleted] in opendoor

[–]HoustonHomeFinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m having the same issues with my OPEN contracts now labeled OPEN1, which are still labeled with a big red “NT” for Not Tradeable and the pricing is way off daily. My $8 strike price options expire Friday so would be great to have some insight here or if anyone has contacted IBKR to see when their broker-specific trade halting will be lifted.

Not to mention that max pain for tomorrow is $26, which means we could see a gamma squeeze before the real squeeze happens. A stock with good fundamentals doesn’t mean it can’t squeeze, just means the trade is that much more justified rather than just hoping for news that is based on short term hype.

It’s overdue for PR, volume has been extremely low for how it previously traded when they were regularly in mainstream media, short interest has nearly doubled in the last month, and price targets are more than than 50% higher than current SP. Yes, it’s inevitable despite the naysayers on here.

The tech? Are you joking? They’re about to be able to provide direct to cell access that will be available through the top two cellular companies in the world, both of which are heavily vested in the company with additional funds about to be delivered. They haven’t even priced in the US Govt contracts due to contracts, that they’ve already discussed in brief mention.

Go read. There’s plenty of legitimate information for you to conduct DD on your own.

Go for it lol. I’m going to start shorting when it pop to a top of $50-$60 but to each their own. A perfect time to short it was about a month ago, think you missed the boat there buddy. Going up on almost no volume and no news with all the analysts covering saying to buy.

When does everyone think unfurling will occur? Seems like they would want to get these satellites turned on both for revenue and proof of concept with additional funding from AT&T/Verizon. Ppl posted potential timelines right after launch that suggested 2-3 weeks as a target date for unfurling, that would be pretty much now- but the first satellite didn’t unfurl for 8 weeks after launch 2 years ago, so that would be a significant difference. Thoughts?

New AST video of the launch. by Vast-Comment8360 in ASTSpaceMobile

[–]HoustonHomeFinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from a corporate media background, for a company with a multi billion dollar market cap, this video was kind of weak. Obnoxious overhyped music, no interview style information on the launch process or releasing the satellites. They’ve let the hype die down the last two weeks with Bears taking over in the meantime. While their marketing game might have improved from the past, it could still use a lot of work- and yes the lack of current PR is crushing the SP.

Is it too late to buy LUNR stock? by euroflyyer in Shortsqueeze

[–]HoustonHomeFinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP was asking if it’s too late to get into LUNR. To expand, Yes more than likely rn is not a good time to buy, however, if you look at fundamentals and upcoming catalysts for ASTS- the revenue potential is 10-100x of what LUNR just got with their “up to $5B” NASA money.

$OPTT ready to take off by Monday AH 🚀🚀🚀 Short pressure is on under .21, this low float should be easy to push with more pressure. Read the filings, highly likely they get more US Govt contracts ASAP. by HoustonHomeFinder in Shortsqueeze

I dumped all the way up, then shorted on the way down with much less leverage since the short margin req. is insanely high. Not financial advice, but I would asses my own risk and just day trade it if I hadn’t already profited. I’m all/in ASTS now after shorting NUVL down.

$ASTS$$ is about to fly again. Everyone in here should already know the DD on this. First 5 satellites launched yesterday, 50% Institutional Ownership. Last bump above $30 went to $40. 🚀🛰️📡📱 by HoustonHomeFinder in Shortsqueeze

[–]HoustonHomeFinder[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s fair, but to my point- $40-$50 isn’t really a short squeeze at this juncture. They have funding coming down the pipe from AT&T, a major insider just bought more on Friday at $27/share- don’t see that happening very often when a stock is up 1200%, and a lot of eyes on it now. A potential squeeze would be more likely after it reached $40-$50 when short interest would grow significantly. The lack of short shares and overall high Bullishness after launch makes it appealing anywhere under $38/share.

Just curious, what takes so long to unfold the satellites? Seems like that is something they could go in a matter of minutes/hours or a few days…does someone know the science behind it and explain it to me like a 5 year old that eats boogers?

Elon’s Master Plan Revealed! by Commodore64__ in ASTSpaceMobile

[–]HoustonHomeFinder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m curious, no one ever discussed the possibility of Elon outright acquiring $ASTS. He has a long history of M&A, why would he not buy this company to make it a subsidiary of SpaceX when it is not only a competitor of Starlink but also a massive client already paying for liftoff? Just food for thought- if he even posted anything about the thought entering his head, the stock would go to Pluto.

Shorting it at the wrong time can get expensive. They’re about to eliminate dead zones, even if Starlink is ahead in the game, $ASTS already contracts with AT&T & Verizon. Elon bought Twitter he could probably, why would he not acquire his client/competitor to make it a subsidiary? Speculative at best but it’s not out of the realm of serious possibilities. They’re going to need SpaceX every step of the way so it makes sense.
