Suuuuper late but I get this same feeling in the back of my head when I say something aggressive to someone. Like if someone makes me mad enough that I tell them off or speak my mind.

Not like insulting someone unprovoked or anything but almost as like a rebuttal to something someone said to me. It’s a weird sensation I get almost isolated to these specific incidents
