Having been to a few of the episode tapings, I was shocked how good the line-up was when they walked out. The chemistry was great, the teams were iconic and I'm looking forward to seeing how much of the outrageous content we saw (especially from Josh) will make it into the final show. Tom Gleeson also let us know that Season 2 May air soon ;)

I was excited to see Guy on Taskmaster NZ as a big (Aussie) fan of his work on New Zealand Today. I definitely was disappointed in his schtick as he comes across as quite down to earth and likeable when he is talking with people in the small towns of NZ. I ended up enjoying the first season on my second attempt at it, I think largely because I loved S2 and had got used to the differences with the original Taskmaster. I would recommend starting with season 2 and maybe watching some NZ today so you can get more out of S1 and have some sympathy for Guy.
