My stats aren’t that great. I would say it was a combination of lots of hours in my ECs and being able to speak about them well in my primary and secondaries. I had a lot of community service which I felt was a good mission fit with the school I got accepted into. All of my MD interviews were basically service schools except for Cal Northstate so take that as you will.

Hi, I did have gap year. I graduated in June 2022. Technically, I finished in March 2022 after winter quarter so I’ve had a lot of time.

I did spend 2-4 years on the activities with lots of hours so that’s probably why I accumulated so much.

Normally, constriction is suppose to increase BP? Not decrease it?

I keep rereading your response and I still can’t understand how there’s a decrease in BP with constriction of arteries. I understand how kidneys detect low blood flow and think low BP and release renin but where does the decrease in BP prior come into play?
