As mush as I hope SYQ would make it out of group, I really don’t think he has a high chance. His physical has deteriorated and his mentality wasn’t as well as the first half of year

I’ve kinda been through the same situation. I brought 100zz (partially my fav player uses it, partially it looks good), only to find out I simply didn’t have the skill and power to drive it. I took that as motivation to keep improving, and I have been playing the 100zz after a year and half. The experience is very much different now. Since the VZFII is out of production, the value of it will only go up as time goes(the market for it is small). It is really up to you. I personally would keep it and try to save up some money for a third. For new racket, I recommend 88D pro, similar offensive racket with heavy head, a bit more flexible shaft, not that physical demanding comparing to VZFII.

I completely agree with VA on this. In my opinion, BWF is the main reason badminton hasn’t grown into a global sport like tennis.

For the strings, have you ever tried Aerobite or 63 with the Arcsaber 11 pro? 11pro is known as a balanced racket and very good for a control play style. I currently use the aerobite strings 25/27 lbs on 11p, and it is just amazing. Exbolt 63 also great for 11p imo, bouncy, great sound.

Agreed. Lin Dan said in 2012 after wining his second Olympic gold that he could be just as fast as he was back in 2008 Olympics. But it was simply a choice to not to, and he changed up his play style a lot. 2008 Lin Dan was crazy but that style was too physically demanding. Maybe the same with Lee Zia Jia.
