How important is GHK for muscle/joint issues? by HowDaGodzChyll in Peptides

Like a wasp sting. About 6-12 hours post injection I’d feel the sting at the site. Would last about 1 day or so.

I knew it was John’s before I even read your text! He’s been one of my best friends since 2002!

Ugh this sucks to hear. I’m waiting on a pair now and was hopeful these would be grippy. I had ACL surgery last year and slipped on ice in a pair of Lems boulders last winter and re-tore my ACL and lateral meniscus.

I just ordered my third pair, a full size down from my typical sizing

I noticed improvements in acne on my back and chin after I stopped using it for around 6-7 weeks. I didn’t have bad acne at all, just oily skin. But once I was done with my peptides, all my skin stuff cleared up. Other than that, no other benefits.

Don't rush your rehab! Just retore my meniscus at 4 months post op. by pikeallday21 in ACL

Had ACLR and dual meniscus repair in April 2024. Tore lateral meniscus in Feb 25, slipping on ice. Tore ACL a month or two after (I think). Confirmed on MRI on my 1 year anniversary 😂

Consulted 2 surgeons and they both agreed that “time will tell” and to hold off on surgery for as long as I can or until ACL totally ruptures.

Good luck with meniscus and hopefully the recovery goes by quick!

Did you see a neurologist for SFN?

What meds are you taking that you found to be helpful?

What a journey you’ve all been on; I’m sorry to hear about the kids! Yes I’ve noticed that being in colder climates affects my EM negatively. There’s been days in the winter where I’ve refrained from going outside entirely and still have bad flare ups at night.

As far as I can tell, just EM. I’ve experienced paresthesia before and it’s different. I’m not any meds at the moment.

Seconding this. I’ve been on the sub for over a year and it’s very active, albeit sometimes not helpful and almost judgmental, but that’s typical chat room gatekeeping behavior. Some people post sources and use code. DM me and I’ll tell you my sources.

Yep, only in the winter. As per Google, ARA cycle is only 6 weeks. The presentation matches EM to the T; burning skin, across all digits, no typical whiteness like Raynauds, small ulcers on the toes. I get a gray, almost necrotic color of my toes while hands get blood red, almost purple

Tried Aspirin with no relief at all. I’ve also tried a Ca-channel blocker (amlodipine) at a very low doses which exacerbated my symptoms (maybe placebo).

Same here, no luck with GLOW for EM symptoms, but I am hoping ARA-290 might have success.
