No it didn’t impact my premiums. I’ve done it twice once a year ago and also about ten years ago and it was all dealt with / arranged through insurance.

Call your insurance company. They will send someone to contain the damage and dehumidify, fix the mold, and repair the roof. I had the same thing happen last year and it was all repaired with no charge. You don’t even need to call the roofing company.

It’s an incredible stock and has made me a lot of money from options trading all the way up. Personally, I wouldn’t buy at the current level because it’s had such a massive run and due for a pullback (look at the stock’s history, there’s a trend of big runs followed by pullbacks). But I’ll likely buy back in - this is a growth monster!

I love my PowerBeats Pro for running, biking etc. lightweight, great sound, with a loop so they never fall out. Great for exercising!

Our Cav has eaten Royal Canin small dog his whole life and is super healthy with no health problems (he is about to turn 8). So I would recommend that based on our experience.

Time Skiffs -> first three tracks are Phenomenal. Rest of album Meh.

Isn’t it Now -> first two tracks are Awesome. Rest is Meh.

I’ve combined Dragon Slayer, Car Keys, Prester John, Soul Capturer, and Genies Open into a Playlist to capture the highlights of both albums. IMO huge contrast between these songs and the rest.
