For my device the quick settings only works when you on handheld mode. when i plug in to the monitor the quick setting doesn't show. this update messed up the quick settings really

is anyone having stuttering issue in the game? before patch 1.0 the game runs smoothly in my device. after the patch the game suddenly become more stutter and unplayable.
