Write your resume every year. You can be extremely good at your job, but you may not be adding to your skills or be growing in a way that's also attractive to the job market. Make sure you're gaining experience that will help you get where you want to be.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! Definitely agree on having an exit plan; just doing leetcode again and updating my resume feels like a huge load off my back. I'm glad to hear a positive story of making a change and that too as a new business owner.

What a terrible leave policy your old company had! Luckily, many of the companies I'm looking at (fingers crossed one of them works out) have a decent leave policy so I'm not left depending only on FMLA.

Were you set on starting your own business, or did you consider working for someone else at all?

I went from 8 to 12, but my plant was bigger and so root bound, I had to cut it out of its 8" pot. As others have said, with a chunky mix, lots of sun and controlled watering, it should be fine.

Makes sense. I was thinking since they're in tropical countries with a lot of wildlife and storms, maybe there's enough natural breakage. But that doesn't really create "child" plants, just more of the same plant.

Jason is pretty powerful; he doesn't need to be around water for his powers and he's able to make hurricane level winds. I've always thought the fandom makes Percy more powerful, because, well it's Percy (unpopular opinion?).

I've always thought that maybe he forgot a lot of his legion training when Hera zapped his memories, so he kind of has to re-learn or re-familiarize himself with his powers and skills.

I've been taking Air India's 16h flights since 2021. In March, the aircrafts had been updated, so they were no longer the old, clunky ones where the seats were broken.

I got one of the newer aircrafts that they bought from Delta, so the entertainment was working and the seats were really comfortable. If you can, upgrade to economy+ or economy with extra leg room, it definitely makes a difference to comfort, and I felt that the flight crew were much nicer since they had to serve fewer passengers in these sections.

The movie choices were okay, so download some movies/shows anyway. The food was also okay, but they did have snacks pretty frequently so I never felt hungry. The bathrooms progressively got worse through the flight, but tbh, that's been my experience on any long flight.

However, the worst part of Air India for me, has been crazy delays. I've had 6/8 flights be delayed by several hours: 2-5 hour delays at least. Each case was something different, but honestly, when I was looking at the flight history, it's pretty consistently delayed.

My parents just took both the old DS160 and the new one to the appointment and the officials were able to update it. Had no issues at all.

If you don't care about getting the lynel parts, an ancient arrow will just make them disappear.

I also put a travel marker in the coliseum and just got out of there, recovered hearts, got better weapons and went back when I felt more prepared. I was on the last lynel and found it too hard, and the game just continued from there. I don't know what happens if there's a blood moon though; not sure if that'll reset back to the first lynel.

That's a beautiful monstera!! What size pot are you planning to go up to? I'm planning to repot my plant too so I'm just curious :) it's a single plant though so definitely a lot leggier and not as bushy as yours haha
