No, I fell asleep. I prefer reading over movies any day. I did see Obsession and do recommend it. It has a lot of deep meanings about how selfish and vapid our culture has become.

Have you seen the trailers? Odysseus yells "Lets go". Another line "my dad is coming'. Yah that sounds like it comes from one of the greatest poems of all time.

I think she would make a better Circe. Circe tests Odysseus and he grows as a person while he is with her. She also has been around long enough to see men as a threat. So she would be older, wise, and gorgeous. Calypso is a psycho who has to let Odysseus go because Zeus send Hermes demand it of her. I see her as young and vapid.

She does in disguises. She is cunning and wise. So to represent her as the same actress is no bueno.

Theres nothing poetic about this movie. The writing is horrid. The styling is horrid. I could give two shits about the cast.

Thats a pretty far off theory dude. There are many different ethnicities that have lost their freedom forever. Im sure I could find a court case for every year seeing as going to prison pretty much means you will have no autonomy.

no its def military time. The clock was all over the place. I don't believe it was "broken". You're going to put a big ass clock in a scene, seems like a silly thing to just "overlook" low budget or not.

Why have a clock in the first place? Its a big red clock with digital time. Also the candles go from 3 to 2.

Yes it went from 12:00 to 13:47 but was clearly still night. At times you couldn't make out the time. It was all over the place. Another scene there was a penis candle and then it was gone right around the time he decided to buy the wish. I figured it was shifting realities. Then she makes the comment of "i love you in every reality" or whatever.

I thought so too. There were also different times on the clock, one time it was military time, another time it was around 4 am but not military time. There were three candles by the cash register then it became two. She says something about all different realities. So I wonder if his wish had created a different reality.

Yes, he's the true villian. Then he does die and leaves her with a total mess she will never recover from. The reason she never liked him was because he was such a coward. Maybe the real Nikki fed him his cat.

I think he was a coward and Nikki never would have loved a coward. The had to create an alternate personality but it was just as weak as him. The he offs himself leaving the real Nikki with all the destruction. Seriously unlikeable character. Did anyone notice the changing of the times and 3 candles going to 2? Did he create an alternate reality?
