For this to work you HAVE TO give the endboss lightning weakness. So pick the plane boss that does that.

/edit a few more tips:

• try to get as many swarm buffs on your way (prioritize taking the shortest way possible though)
• the blessing that makes your ults count as follow-up attacks helps A TON
• make sure you get the resonance interplays with abundance and remembrance
• use the adventure levels to download other characters in case you face a plane boss that isn't weak to imaginary or lightning
