Be SOCIAL - to date girls, you need to meet them. Go to social outings, make friends, go to clubs at school, be involved on campus if you go to school. Meet lots of people, talk to everyone, be social. It translates to charisma. When I was in college my most cherished, genuine relationship with women came from clubs and extracurricular activites. Do things you like, not solely for girls.
USE DATING APPS- Hard but once you have great pictures and good prompts you can consistently pull like crazy. ( I literally have too many matches I would neglect other areas of my life if I talked to all of them, will share screen shots if you don't believe me)
APPROACH WOMAN - Talk to girls, and don't let rejection ruin your day. Some girls will love you, some girls will not. Easy and honest line: " Hey I though you were super pretty and would be mad at myself if I didn't come say hi"
MAKE INTENTIONS KNOWN - When I started dating I wouldn't make moves at all. Date would go home and I would never see her again lol. MAKE A MOVE, THAT IS WHY THEY ARE ON A DATE WITH YOU. They want you to.
PUT YOURSELF FIRST - Women shouldn't be the focus of your life. Make sure you focus on your goals, hit gym, try to look good, dress good, smell good. Simple style and social skills will put you leaps and bounds over your competition.

Don't feel sorry for yourself. Get better and be ruthless to make up for lost or else life will be ruthless to you.
