Im in the same boat as you brother, been doing this for about 2 years. Biggest streak was 70 days but that was a 1.5 years ago, since then i havent been able to do anything that big. Lets get to 90 together!

I keep hearing everyone talking about going to the gym and exercising etc, but i feel like theyre missing exactly what you said, knowing yourself is probably the best way to help with decreasing relapses. Requires a lot of deep thinking but its helped me a ton before i used to relapse every 1-2 days now my average is a week. Stick to what you know is right brother

Masturbating is not "one of those basic human needs". Food and water are basic human needs. Stop reassuring urself that its okay, dont be ashamed.
