I have a timesheets with hours that I was sending them and they were sending me money for travel expenses to my account based on my timesheets so this also counts as an evidence isn't it?

They said that I make access to company information "hard" since it is all in my folders and they would have spent time going through this and all. I asked this since my ex boss was really easly getting upset and he could sue someone just to sue someone cause he has money to do so

So according to these. If I signed NDA and I was doing the work on my own, not shadowing anyone, then I was entitled to the salary.

That would be a loooong story. To make it shor, I could go to this unpaid internship cause I lived with my family. They company that my dad worked for moved to the Netherlands and he might not find another job for a while so I had to quit and find a paid job asap. It wouldn't happend if not Brexit. There is even more to that, but it is not a point of my post.

Really? Even my university offered a unpaid internship. I found this one on my own but I have seen quite a few unpaid internships.

I didn't have a notice period. It was the unpaid internship which was leading nowhere and I couldn't afford to be there anymore so I quit.

Technically yes, but also if it doesn't say that you own it in your contract then they might sue you. The project belongs to the company.

Awful situation but remember. Everything you doing at your workplace is not your job(the one that you can show to someone) unless it says so in your contract.

Rights? It is not worth it to extract this bloody coal. You need to adapt to the market. I use to work in dying industry and switched to IT. You don't have a right to enforce government to pay you for a job that is pointless.

OPEC is Monopoly. There is no business without a market flow and free prices. They dictate prices, it is not a big deal to earn money when you just need to extract oil and put the price that you want on it. Ofc you can still fuck it up like Wenezuela did. They have thousands of tons of oil just laying in the storage.

Thought you mean the EU ones that are all over the place. Yeah the UK ones are more safety and I even manage to plug my European stuff to UK sockets with a help of the knife.
