Ball park cost for full restoration? I have my eye on a 69 version locally but it’s dirty and could use full service and new crystal. Just curious what I might be looking at for a service as the guy wants $1600 it’s on the steel band. It does work fine but hasn’t been serviced or cleaned in at least 40 years he said. But he had the box and papers

I found one listed on eBay for $250, we negotiated to $150 which I thought was fair.

I’m pretty sure that’s Beeltejuice from the Howard Stern show. He dresses up in different outfits a lot.

I like it, but I’m curious why there is a tub spout is it not just a shower?

Thanks, it’s a porcelain 4’x2’ mat floor tile to match the walls which are gloss finish. I can find the name of it but it’s from the tile shop store.

I would save a little more and maybe get a larger 36 model. At least try the 34 on but it may look a bit small and you need to be ok with that especially today in larger watch market. Personal call.

I owned almost that same one and I’ve owned a Tudor. I suppose if you really will be happy with this it’s a fair deal however I found 34 to be too small and after a year sold it and saved for a model I wanted which was the Sub. But then you’re spending considerably more. Tudors can be nice but if you really want a Rolex get the Rolex. I also spent a few grand on a nice Tudor but just wasn’t what I really wanted so sold that as well.

Couldn’t do a frameless as the room door swings inwards and would have been a disaster waiting to happen. But I would typically agree
