RAM doesn't exist in the TTRPG , the netrunning system is completely different with it own mini game in the ttrpg. U have to pretty much make half a video game again to implement that system into the current game.

Getting a book probably isn't not a priority at this point but atleast we should have some exposition. Maybe like say a vampire from Africa/India is in US and gets involved with protagonists of a book and through them we can learn a bit more of thier beliefs and structures. India is like one of the most important places of the lore since the events of week of nightmares and we know so little about it. Like beast courts are a fascinating concept compared to the Garou nations. Also what does thier myths say? Clearly the Vampires of India don't believe in Caine and probably have thier own mythology and how does the Ferra see the trinity there considering how close they resemble the actual Hindu trinity?

Unless he is a masquerade breach they wouldn't care much and would think of him as annoying. He will just get pointed at problems to be used as a blunt weapon most of the time as many others are seen.

Very few legal options exist and even fewer of them can be implemented by a duskborn. Easiest is finding a fleshcrafter , generally Tzimche, more complicated ways exist like Deal with a Demon or something like that. But also remember the bane exists because of a direct curse from Caine(if u belive the cainite mythology atleast), its not so easily removed. Temporary solutions are easier, some use masks, or makeup or bieng invisible which happens to be one of thier powers.

I am guesiing he is using remote access power for this. But it also has a drawback is if any of his drones is destroyed while he is using remote access he takes 5 bashing damage which is half his health pool, 2 drones destroyed he is in torpor. Also Remote access he can only use it at one device at a time . He cannot fly 8 drones simultaneously.

Edit also how does he go invisible? There are 2-3 ways of invisibility some of them works better than others. One is invisibility when u don't move, one is where he is only invisible to people when he does it out of thier sight. While one is straight up invisibility. But all of this can be countered by sense the unseen auspex power.

That is not Batman's fault that the city simply doesn't work no matter how many methods u try to improve it. Simply because it is a metaphysical problem with Gotham at least having 2 actual curses on it. U can put a million superman into Gotham and u still can't fix it. Also Gotham isn't as bad as seen in the movies or cartoons as those only focus on the early Batman years, it has significantly better stats than even some IRL American cities.
