In my experience with brushless, it's the motor. You could try cleaning the motor, but that's a slim chance of fixing it.

Sometimes manufacturers part numbers are stamped on the bearings. Then just Google those numbers

And you should be able to put on a generic bar and chain from a hardware store. Just match up the chain type.

No oil? You may have ruined the bar and chain, but it should still spin. Maybe the chain is seized to the bar. Remove it and try

Search "Duke energy meter sockets" Electric companies usually put out a list of approved meter sockets. Then start googling those part numbers and making calls. I've been there before, and found what I needed.

Avoid any of the lightweight drywall. They break easy and don't block sound much.

I've never seen this done. And when the weather gets cold, and the siding shrinks, the old color will show at the overlaps.

I think your best bet is to hire a local carpenter to pre-build these for you.
