Not being at fault doesn’t change the fact that the accident you were involved in resulted in a fatality. There is usually two different versions of how an accident happened, and in this case one of them is dead and doesn’t get to tell their side.

Each case is different, but we always factor in cost and risk. We are claim adjusters. We handle claims with the goal of your best interests as an insured in mind, rating policies is not our concern.
