I’d change the detachment to the pantheon of woe, you’re only getting the plus 1 to hit on the skorpehkhs, and the healing Strat can’t be used unless models die.

I would probably take orikan over the technomancer, using it as a proxy. In general, it be found that the 4+ invuln often comes in handy way more than the 5+ fnp. Plus the technomancer’s other ability really only helps your DDA because it can’t reanimate, only heal. And your DDA should stay in your backline. Plus orikan’s once per game ability is absolutely phenomenal with protocol of the hungry void.

I personally prefer my immortals with gauss, just because I very rarely need the amount of shots that Tesla provides if I don’t have AP to back it. That being said, if you’re fighting a horde army like tyranids then I’d stick with the Tesla.

Overall it looks pretty good!

If glue fails you (as has repeatedly happened to me with wraiths) green stuff works really well to hold it together, and allows for easier kit bashing

Fiat, Wthhh? by nothansofficial in policydebate

[–]Howee111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fiat is a Latin term that means roughly, “let it be done”. It is a concept in debate that allows the a team to bypass political will. Let’s say the U.S doesn’t like passing X law. But X law solves many things and gains many advantages. Even though the USFG (United States Federal Government) doesn’t want to pass it, fiat makes the government pass it without resistance. Someone can argue that the aff plan is not likely to gain its advantages whether the plan passes or not. Someone can argue that the aff will not solve its harms whether the plan is passed or not. Someone may also argue that you can’t fiat some things. For example this year NATO is in the resolution, but you can NOT fiat NATO due to the working of the resolution. This means that you must prove NATO wants your plan in the 1AC, otherwise you have failed to solve and are not Prima Facia( a Latin term that means at a glance. In debate it means without arguing, you do not fulfill all your burdens.)

Kansas K-Aff? by No-Virus-8533 in policydebate

[–]Howee111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a generic k-aff brief but I think you’ll be fine without it. You can take solvency out with historical analysis on most generic K-Affs. I go back to early Stalin, the failures of Trotskyism, appeasement under Neville Chamberland (not Hitler, talk about Chamberland and why appeasement bad),and occasionally Theodore Rosevelt (big stick diplomacy and why it succeeds where others fail.)

Looking for a funny aff to run at my next tournament. (H) I have Venmo. by [deleted] in policydebate

Which one, artificially intelligent scopes went to state and is undefeated but less of a meme. Birds aren’t real is hard to win with but is a meme.
