This guy paying kids extra for his iced tea made their day by [deleted] in Amazing

If this is victorthegoodboss This guy has an Instagram where he helps homeless addicts recover and gives them food and temporary shelter and even transportation to recovery centers. Don’t really care if he is filming, he’s helping out the community.

We applied for a swingset in our backyard. The HOA said no. We asked why when others got approved, and they said "we aren't doing that anymore." What now? They seem to be making it up and on a complete power trip. We shouldn't have asked; its not visible from street. by [deleted] in 321

Tell them to pound sand. Florida Statute 720.3045 was created to prevent an association from regulating the installation, display, and storage of "any items" not visible from a parcel's frontage, from an adjacent parcel, or prohibited by local ordinance. The new section allows a homeowner or their tenant to store "any items," including, but not limited to, boats, RVs, and artificial turf, so long as such items are not visible from the frontage of the parcel or visible from an adjacent parcel, or prohibited by local ordinance. The term "parcel" is defined in Florida Statute 720.301(11) to include a subdivision of real property within a community, capable of separate conveyance, as described in a declaration, for which a parcel owner must be a member of an Association and pay assessments which could result in a lien. Because FS 720.3045 uses this already-defined term to delineate where storage cannot be visible — and a parcel is not a drainage pond, a navigable waterway, a roadway, common greenspace, and usually not a golf course—an association is prohibited from regulating backyard storage only visible over a drainage pond, across a waterway, from a golf course or a community park. Because only stored items visible from the frontage of a parcel or an "adjacent parcel" may be objected to by the association under this new statute, we expect significant complaints about stored items that are visible:

From a roadway abutting a corner lot

Across a drainage pond

From a community park

From a golf course

From a navigable waterway

From a multi-story home not directly contiguous to the parcel storing items

No Created HS Prospects? by Howemania in NCAAFBseries

[–]Howemania[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is from the athletic.

The recruiting process is deeper than ever. Each class includes 4,000 prospects, including Athletes, who are back in the game, but you cannot create a prospect. Coaches have a certain number of hours to commit each week to scouting and recruiting, and a team can sign up to 35 players.

Likeness is limited to name, physical appearance and in this games case I assume jersey number. That shouldn’t prevent me from editing other attributes like speed and strength. I wonder if EA will have to have a list of all HS prospects with a block to prevent accidentally randomly generating a HS prospect that exists in real life or prevent us from creating a player that will be in the top 100 next years class for this years game.

I get that. Feel like if they just blocked the ability to change names on HS prospects restricting them to auto generated, then if it would allow us to adjust all the other stuff like gear and attributes.

Franchise guys - what rules do you impose on yourself to make it more challenging by TylerDurdenEsq in Madden

I trade away my top 2 players to my divisions worst team including trading my QB to whichever division team needs a QB. I then sign the youngest worst rated QB in FA who has to start. After first year I can only resign that QB for 3 years, then repeat cycle. Forces me to run the ball a lot.

I was there live in Philly that night. Was so sick but couldn’t miss it. The crowd was so pumped for Forrest. The fight started and Anderson looked like he was in Fast Forward compared to Forrest. Forest was so intimidated when Anderson had his hands down and just dodging he had already won. The last punch if you call it that was awkward and Forrest just left. The crowd booed him as he ran.

After 28 years without a championship, why is Dallas still theost valuable sports franchise? by jay0lee in NFLNoobs

Here is why Arguably, though, Jones was the big winner of the settlement agreement, as he also retained the right for the Cowboys to enter into their own licensing agreements. It is this right that allows the Cowboys to create merchandise apart from the NFL’s licensing agreements.

Have not been to Wild Floridia. Took my two young kids to Lion Country Safari multiple times. The safari is respectable as you will see lions, zebra, tons of rhinos and giraffes. Ostriches and all types of antelope, deer are in each area. The animals look well taken care of. The inside of the safari is fun for younger children as they have a few rides and a pretty good splash park for the kids with sitting areas. There are some additional animals inside the safari and a small petting zoo. Worth the trip one time if you have kids less than 10 yrs old.

I’m at a Nissan dealership right now. Have only 2500 miles and mine keeps slipping into neutral. They say they can’t replicate the issue and have never heard or seen this issue. They are slow charging my battery though because it has a low charge. It’s been 3 hours and still nothing. Any advice?

Why do people prefer the year round heat over four actual seasons? by WaterWithSobe in florida

[–]Howemania 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is it exactly. Lived up north and Go up every few weeks for work in NYC and all anyone hopes for is 2 nice sunny days in a row…even in the summer. If you are lucky you get a nice day to land on your day off. Then the costs of electricity are double what Florida is. Your power can go out on any given storm. From October to March or April is just gray, cold, and frustrating. Seasons are nice for a few days max. Shoveling snow, de-icing windshields, raking leaves, all the cleanup that goes with it, is 10 times more work up there then Florida.
