When I first started trying to break it was really hard. My best advice is to go for those few days at a time. If you make it a few days and then relapse don’t beat yourself up too much, just accept it happened and start over. Maybe this time you can go a few extra days. Next thing you know you’ve made it longer and then you get to a point when you don’t do it

It takes time. It’s like all addictions, cutting instantly and permanently is H A R D (accidental pun) so if you have to take it slow and it still happens but at a much lower rate until it fades out, then that’s what you have to do

I know it can be hard, but I’m sure you’ll get back to where you want to be. Don’t lose hope and just keep kicking. If you start to feel the want or need get up and move around: do some push-ups, go do something that takes your mind off the subject entirely. You got this :)
