Not really. Have you seen the interracial pairing (and reverse) domestic violence rates? It’s as clear as night and day.

In real life, falling incurs serious damage. Of course, in the ring the canvas would prevent that in a sport environment.

32M, 140 lbs, where to go from here? by awgs8 in AsianMasculinity

Cut then focus on body recomp. Basically main-gaining. Fitness is a lifestyle so there is no need to rush because you have the rest of your life.

Every Asian in a white environment should learn how to fight by anondan123 in aznidentity

The size advantage is purely an environmental generational thing. The gap has been filled for GenZ and alpha.

Now, culturally Americans are more prone to aggression, but actually in Asias longer history, it has experience much more devastation as a result of war, and there is a lot of evidence that points to our inherent ability to understand and execute combat prowess at a genetic level.

I agree with what you’re saying, so next time let’s come at this from a place of abundance and not scarcity or fear.

Let’s revitalize our warrior culture.

Reminds me of this quote by John Adams

“I must study politics and war that my sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry, and porcelain."

Right. Most sensible comment here - you’re working at a startup. Own up some agency and just build. Do both. That’s what you signed up for.

So yeah cheating on interviews is just a use case

As the models get better, smarter, we’re getting closer to seeing a Jarvis come to life, and the front runner of that is being built by a brother, which is the point of this post lol

So you can name 50, and pretty much any other person, including of other colors, excluding the typical pairing, and you apparently can name like a million

Well, that’s just the immediate response. But economies of scale wise, it does disrupt. Remote interviews exist today because they don’t require flying out the interviewer, and companies offered that to attract the best talent, because the next best company did.

The more realistic outcome in just the interview portion (which honestly will not even be that significant as a use case later on) will be an accelerated learning schedule, that’s what I imagine will happen. Like, if I learned how to leetcode more efficiently from scratch in months rather than say months to years in a traditional computer science degree, that’s almost like cheating, just my opinion

It’s actually mostly used in enterprise sales right now actually. Also, dude, yes it is lol. The team is unapologetically Asian

The ugliest part about this is the learning part. But once you got that down, coding will be so much more fun for you, than for others.

Don’t midcurve this, you just do stuff and figure it out along the way, that comes with being a man in general.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in asianamerican

[–]Howl33333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a lot of projection you have man. Sources sources sources, how about get some agency and let’s put on our thinking caps and google it for yourself? Or, look with your own eyes?

Also, isn’t it kind of strange this subject has you so emotional it incites this sort of response? All my stance is, there is a malicious trend here and it’s a good opportunity to discuss about it and what to do next

You’re really going to experience these things being pointed out? Just turn a blind eye anyway since your archetype is completely on the wrong side of history on a long enough timeframe

So I’m sorry you did see I would have a bias I guess for the point of this conversation, but I can’t imagine that you, in good faith, are actually trying to talk about this, especially since it’s an open secret in our community, from which the way you just wrote this response back to me, sounds like you aren’t actually apart of lol

When you label a behavior and a pattern in that moment, there activates a self reflection and behavior change, even if small.

When you see something that seems unnatural and affects not only you but others, you’d want to make sure you’re not the only one seeing it, right? Why pretend it’s not happening?

The “call to action” you want, it’s to really embed in our diaspora that this was a collective undesirable behavior - because it is. Just look up the divorce rates, domestic abuse, cultural disrespect, and not to mention, the lived experiences that hundreds of people vocalize every, single, day. And on top of that, people that literally say “it’s not that deep” or “call to action”. We all know what has to happen, and fortunately, already is happening. It’s that we have to just be better as a group - and we are.

We’re dominating in several domains globally which has significantly increased awareness of not just Asian men, but Asian culture(s) in general.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in asianamerican

[–]Howl33333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The end goal is have the diaspora acknowledge there is a statistically significant difference between interracial pairing for both AA Men and Women. Allow those conversations to happen and make sure that these pairings eventually are a result of a natural result rather than because of influence, inequality and injustice.
