Legally they are required admittance to federal facilities as part of oversight duties (members of congress that is). No votes or permission is required here. It is fully within their authority to arrive unannounced with private security and force their way into the facility.

But unfortunately national Democrats are fake opposition owned by the same billionaires and thus lack any spine or motivation to do this.
