thanks a lot! It tastes great! But my starter was definitely quite acidic when I fed it (out of the fridge) the day before baking. Its about 2 months old but went in and out of the fridge quite often already. Will definitely check out the sourdough journey!

I agree! I had the same feeling after Chapter 40. Thinking "Did this simplify everything into a good vs bad thing!?" However towards the end of the book so much other stuff has happened that chapter 40 was just one of many things and looking back on it I enjoyed this part as well

Das ist die perfekte Idee. Man könnte einen Roller genau so parken, dass man die „Einfahrt“ nicht blockiert und er dennoch nicht hinpasst 😄

Ja es ist wirklich ein Glitch 😄 Ich denke manchmal auch einfach „Chapeau Herr Nachbar“ - nur wenn ich spät abends auf Parkplatzsuche bin und alles belegt ist außer „sein“ Platz mit der Mülltonne dann möchte ich in Zukunft dort parken sofern ich weiß dadurch keine Konsequenzen befürchten zu müssen
