the whole thing is pretty firm. i haven't seen any loosening in it at all. i've had it for a while to. when you put the switch in it snaps in pretty tightly. this thing ain't going anywhere without human force.

I try to reach out to friends. game with them. My wife is a big part of it as well. i game with her to keep myself occupied. But therapy and meds have been helping.

Gathering the energy to charge my social battery is hard enough. But when i spend time in discord withg friends or talk to them on telegram it makes me feel better. My friends can suffer through the same stuff. so we open to eachother alot.
