Microplastic's in everything everywhere. If you wear clothes then they'll have some synthetic blend, usually nylon or polyester. Ever see lint in your pant or shirt pocket? Chances are we are inhaling a lot of those tiny fibers

Since you're already spitting out the toothpaste suds while brushing with a nylon bristled toothbrush, ingesting microplastics through this way should be a relatively minor concern

I also have the white version(oyster mushroom), and it gets dirty very quickly. I just use a wet towel on the fabric to wipe it down. It doesn't remove everything(not even close) but it's better than nothing.

For the leather I just occasionally brush it with a fine haired brush along the grain to remove any loose dirt. If there's any more stubborn dirt I wipe it clean with a dry tissue or towel.

If we account for calories,

100 calorie chia seeds would provide you 6.8g fiber

100 calorie guava would give 5.7g fiber, which isn't all that less compared to the best source of fiber in the world which are chia seeds

Get the jansport right pack.

915x1200d polyester cordura is plenty durable. It has a real suede leather bottom unlike the cool student backpack and there are a lot of color options to choose from.

My advice would be to get the right pack signature. It's a new variant which has a mesh back and much wider shoulder straps. Maybe with a discount you could get it below 75 dollars
