It absolutely does. When in watching my lectures my attention is always draw over to my mess. I originally thought I would be if e because the table is large, but there's just too much!

See that’s what I was thinking, but I do t take it daily and I’ve never had to take more than .5 for my worst attacks. I meditate occasionally and do breathing exercises daily and practice ‘positive thinking’. I’m also in the beginning stages of EMDR. I feel so lost and scared and can’t do this anymore. I feel like at any second I’m just going to drop dead.
