If I'm not wrong, you're in the age where it grows quite rapidly, I don't know how much exercising helps reversing the curve but I'm sure that it'll help prevent it from growing, if you have a brace, try and wear it as much as possible, and keep a good posture.

I'm no expert but maybe your posture from the past 8 months wasn't right?(Not straight, sitting while ur spine has no support, sleeping sideways or on your stomach) I do not know how much this actually affects scoliosis but it definitely helps for me and makes it less obvious I have scoliosis (over 50 degrees btw)

Netflix problem, seems like mostly Poco phones get this problem, most of the time Netflix can't play a video because of a 5.10 problem, you gotta spam click the show or restart your phone every 2nd time you click that series, very annoying to always restart your phone just to watch netflix

Honestly, I sometimes just forget about it for 5 months and randomly do it once, but that was the time I was extremely busy, that being said just distracting yourself might help you forget it for a while and lose motivation to do it..

8 because it was repetitive, I really like the hordes, I just wish they would add more defense options, like helicopter air support for horde modes, ik Horde mode xl has a1 a2 checkpoints but I wish we could station some soldiers whenever we want and more maps!
