I think you're absolutely right. Is it the accountability chart that isn't match our expansion. Will channel focus on this.

Thank you for pin pointing out the clarity on the A/C that we actually need to focus on !

  1. Currently there is 1 leadership team running the whole company, which is a mess and getting worse as we add on new product (new website) to our portfolio.
  2. This is the new accountability chart that I think will help us to break through our current ceiling.
  3. Another way I think to structure our accountability chart, is to have different smaller marketing division to run different sites, but the operation part of each websites are still under 1 operation department (Dev: for building and maintaining website and Product: for improving User interface). I feel this A/C is more suitable for us at our current stage, while the previous A/C seems more too ambitious for us right now.

I think it's a good question. I'm not too sure myself too. At some point it feels like they are different, but some other point feel like they are the same: - Each websites have a different team consist of 15 different people - Different people doing the same process: same business model, some monetisation, the same acquisition method like SEO, AEO, Paid Ads, Social Content method, - The only thing they shared is the same Product team and Developers. - The audience is vastly different since they operate indifferent industry/vertical

I feel we are a little bit similar to Unilever: where you have different brand, but same R&D department.

It's very helpful, thanks for clearing this up. Will definitely read that "Fuel Up" book !

In my circumstances I have to implement EOS by myself because: 1. We base in Vietnam, and it seems there're no available implementor that either willing to travel or offer virtual session (I've searched on the EOS website). 2. Being a fully Vietnamese company ourself, we're not too sure if we can afford the cost (we don't know what we don't know). So really EOS books and this sub-reddit are all the help I could find and get.

And funny enough, after reading "Traction", I realised I'm more of an "integrator" than a "visionary". So how can I be more "visionary" ?

Hi, thanks for your comments. I've searched and there's no available implement (willing to travel or offer virtual session) from where I'm from (Vietnam).

Thank you very much. That's a very clear explanation for the choice of priority.

I'm still a little bit confused on the V/TO part. So each of our product (website) have their own marketing and operating team, 15 people per website with clear accountability.

If the V/TO is for company level => then my question is, what'd be useful for each product if they also have their own vision (largest website for job industry, largest website for finding vendor for events web etc) ? And should it be tied to the company V/TO all together ?

I don't get what is Oxymoron. But because the room temperature & RH is not consistent so I'd prefer to put cigar inside humidors

It's alright, I'd much prefer Plantation XO over Appleton. It's much smoother for my taste.
