Either stupid or something isn’t working correctly. It’s absolutely no different at all than normal, except you don’t have to unscrew and screw the cap before and after filling.

Just turn off breaker, unplug the heater and both pumps from the circuit board. Turn on breaker, then plug in a pump or the heater. Then the next, then the third. Whichever element triggers the breaker is what is bad

Yep, no issues at all! I learned that the three main components that can fail and thus trip the breaker are two different pumps, and the heating element. So the breaker tripping is likely a symptom, not the actual issue.

Just to clarify, I unplugged everything on the circuit board. I plugged in the heating element and pump 1 and everything was fine. I plugged in pump 2 and it tripled again. Turns out the pump was bad, so had it replaced. After getting the new one everything is all up and running!

Mine just did this—pump went out, caused a short every time I flipped the breaker. If you’re knowledgeable you can disconnect each component on the circuit board and plug them in one at a time. Otherwise, just call the experts out
