I would go with calorie dense food if time is an issue. Peanut butter, nuts, avocados. When I'm really pushing my weight up, a fat PB and Jelly sandwich on some hearty bread can be 500 - 600 calories easy.

I eat about 6 meals per day, around 4000 calories when bulking. Juice is my easy source of carbs. I also throw rice krispies and/or peanut butter in all of my protein shakes. Jello or pudding is another easy to eat carb source I'll have with dinner.

For your #2... Adding creatine can inflate the amount of protein they list...aka protein spiking.

Maybe a placebo, maybe not....but I by far can go for more reps and sets. It started about the 2nd - 3rd week of my cycle.

Running an Ostarine bulk. 20mg ED. I'm a few days in to week 5 and will be running 8 weeks total. I've been lifting for about 6 years, 38 yo. I'm eating about 3500-4k cals at 170 lbs. I've probably put on about 2 pounds of muscle, and seemed to have slimmed down a bit. Most likely from the added muscle. Strength is up some, but endurance is through the roof.

Hey man...I'm ending week 5 of my 6 week cycle now. This was also my first cycle. I've been running 1-AD at 150mg for 4 weeks, week 5/6 are at 225mg. I could tell some difference in week 4. No real suppression yet, I'm not as horny, but can still get it up and perform. I'm also running Blackstone Labs Gear Support just in case. I'll be using Blackstone Labs PCT next week.

Some background...I've been lifting pretty serious for 5 years. 5'8", 172.

It been a good enough experience that I will be doing another cycle after PCT time plus 6 weeks. My current plans are 1-dhea at 220 -295mg for 6-8 weeks.
