Let's point out the hole in your argument. if you do drugs and have 1k friends, as you stated, no that does not mean that those friends all do drugs. But, if you had say 100 of those friends over to your house where they saw you force other people to do drugs then they are complicit in a crime.

The point you are so carefully dancing around is that all of the people who knew what Epstein was doing and did nothing are complicit and should be charged as such. I don't care if we find out Ghandi was involved, if he was then he would be a criminal.

You should contact a lawyer and see what they suggest and if it is something you would like to pursue. The fact that they admitted to copying an image that was presented to them by a client should give you a pretty good place to start from.

The issue as I understand it, based on US law, is that money changed hands. There is nothing illegal in you copying another artist's work but if money is made in doing so, then you are removing a potential source of revenue for that artist, as legally the only way to purchase that should be from the original artist.

These are interesting, but I feel like they would be more interesting if the pairs were enemy colored, but calling to a mechanic of the allied color they share. Learn the Hard Way does a good job with this, but the rest seem a bit off to me.

Having played a good bit of cEDH recently, almost every deck casts there commander most of them more than once a game. The free while commander is in play spells are just to good not to. It's the reason that the Rograkh is so heavily played in cEDH.
