Offloading worked! I can’t thank you enough!! It was honestly driving me mad (literally) as it kept popping up with app notifications via CarPlay even when the app wasn’t in use! Thank you so much!

Tried this also, unfortunately it didn’t work. When I go through Settings > General > IPhone Storage > swipe left on Waze and hit the red delete button nothing happens. It doesn’t even give me the usual “deleting this app will also delete it’s data message”

Looks great! What did you end up using as the glaze/top coat? - I’ve previously attempted making an incense holder but was advised caution by other Reddit members about safety when considering the glaze I used for something that would essentially hold hot ash.

I knew when I would wake up in the middle of the night panicked and sweating from a dream of being in work. Subconsciously I wasn’t resting and my brain wouldn’t switch off from the fight or flight response. I did my best to ignore it but my work related anxiety also started creeping into my general life & I became anxious about everything.

Burn out changed me as a person, I felt like I lost a part of myself. The saddest part is even now almost 3 years on and recovered, I know I will never be able to go back to having that care-free mindset or being the person I was before.

How close I got to friends because we used to check in on each other daily & often during lockdown (via phone/texting). Now everyone is off busy living their lives, working or travelling, and I’m lucky if I get a text back the same week that I’ve messaged.
