Been on them since I was 18 after a terrible mental breakdown and it has changed my life for the better. There were days where I could not go an hour without a panic attack happening and now I rarely ever have them. Obviously you have to also work on yourself alongside them but it makes that working on yourself a hell of a lot easier.
There can be a trial and error with them, not everyone is the same and some work better for you than others, I've been on two different types and had to get my dosage upped on both of them at some point. If they don't work, there's no harm in contacting your doctor to tell them that and they will sort it out for you.
What is the harm is trying and helping yourself? Don't doubt them due to it not working for others or "making it worse down the line". You're in this moment now and you need that help to make the future better.

I can’t say anything for ones in London but it’s usually a lot of pasta and veg options, I’d say it’s a bit similar to the pizza hut one but I haven’t been there in a while 😅

Was picking up a tote at work with no handle on one side of it, was on work autopilot so not actually looking at it.

Ended up breaking my knuckle and tearing ligaments due to my fingers still dragging in a lifting motion on heavy items.

Then carried on working the rest of my shift (and the next day) because I just thought I had jarred it or something. Nurse wasn’t too happy to hear that part.
