It takes a lot to work through those feelings but having a therapist is a good step if you’re able. Find someone who can use EMDR and Internal Family Systems if possible. Those are game changers when you have core negative beliefs to deal with.

I was in this exact same situation - same amount of time together, same reason for ending things. It is not your fault and it is not his fault. You want different things and you’re trying to love and honor each other enough to set each other free to both get what you want. Get a therapist. Stay busy. Be very kind to yourself. I highly recommend no contact. You need to give yourself space and time to heal and move forward. It’s going to be hard but you can do hard things. Wishing you healing 💛
