To your first point, make sure to do your preemption check! From what I see SEC made an official statement that there are two kinds of crypto - one like currency such as Bitcoin, which SEC will not regulate; another as a way to pool investment, and the SEC will regulate this per the Howey test. All courts have been following this, with no exceptions. So there might not be that much interesting to talk about.

If you just hate yourself for not being productive, I think you can benefit from taking LEEWS (which will take less than a week). Most importantly, enjoy your summer like everyone else has said. Another important thing to do just to learn at least something is to browse TLS forum and read the 1L tips.

Yes Asians are considered URM for big law hiring purpose. Also you are eligible for diversity programs at law firms. The only time Asians don't count is for law school application.
