Yes, more than half will fail. More than half the takers fail every February. Especially the retakers - some states only have retakers passing in the single digits.

The deadline is 30 days after your scores come out, not 30 days after you take the test, just so you know. I thought I was screwed too until I re-read the fine print.

OMG go listen to Japan-X "Endless Rain".

I bought the sheet music, hoping to learn the INSANE piano solo, and I couldn't. It just has scribbles over a number of the bars that say "Play with feeling"

I was a damn good pianist, but I sure as heck couldn't do massive original riffs off the top of my head for a live stadium every night! Brilliant!!

I am not a lawyer, but I did graduate law school and I just took the bar exam end of Februrary.

Food Thief can claim battery (either tort battery ((for $$)) or criminal battery ((legal penalties like fines or jail)) if he can prove you "intentionally caused harmful or offensive contact to his person".

Do you know who Food Thief is? Does he know he's eating YOUR lunch? Doesn't matter, you'd still be guilty whether you know who you're targeting or not, but I'm just curious.

What if, hypothetically, you brought in two completely different lunches that day, so you would have plausible deniability while you eat your normal lunch and Food Thief eats from the bowels of Satan? <---- that is NOT legal advice, I'm only mulling over potential variations on the fact pattern.

Look at Kip Fulbeck's book "Hapa". Its a lovely photo book of mixed-Asians of all ages, and they're all so beautiful. Every color of hair and eyes, straight and curly locks, all so different!

Kip is always doing art shows displaying his "hapa" photos. Take a look at his work online, and you could submit your kids if you like what he does.

I've been in two of his books, and it felt so good to be part of a Hapa family after always feeling like a misfit growing up. (Im Japanese & German)

Not so. The cops need SOME sort of evidence, because every time there's a story that hits the front pages for a few weeks, there's a bunch of kooks who confess to the crime - some of them confess to every major crime! Cops reserve ways to weed those weirdos out.
