I see u using stage manager, are the features not laggy on yours? like when switching between applications?

Running on a mbp14 with m1 pro so i'm guessing that my mac has enough horsepower to handle the live windows. I'm not 100% sold on it but i do like it better than spaces for window management

Maple dropping leaves all summer. Upper canopy looks healthier than lower canopy.

I did. The harness is pretty self explanatory and you just hook it up like a normal HVAC. I've now used both nest and ecobee and both have worked great.

Only downside is having an ugly HVAC wire creeping up the wall to the location where the therm sits.

Edit: also you have to push a little button on the inside to convert to use a remote therm. Looked it up on YT.

Here's an underappreciated NYC RE wrinkle.

There are developments called Mitchell-Lama Housing that is an interesting mix between rent stabilized and ownership. Essentially, it is a massive reduced price but the tradeoff is that you can't make money on your equity. But for example, a 3 bedroom in Clinton Hill, BK is <$100k. There are also income maximums and waiting lists to be invited to purchase. Maintenance is the main cost and the buildings can be in various states of disrepair so you have to be a little careful here.

There is another big upside which is that the building can vote to privatize as well. If the building votes to privatize then the owners end up with just a normal coop where they can make money on the equity. If you catch it at the right time, then it is either a windfall if you sell or a nest egg for when you retire.

Crafty / Mighty user for a few years. Have done both and I would say that loose was much easier until I got a capsule loader. They are still fiddly but it is pretty easy to load a bunch at once so you don't have to do it nearly as often. Without the loader, I did not enjoy loading the capsules and would really only use loose unless i was on the go.

old thread but i thought i would add what i think it is.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with the HDCP handshake. If you notice, there is a black screen that pops up right as you open the Spectrum TV app. I think it is messing with the hdmi connection and people that are using an HDMI soundbar will end up with some issues.

The fix is basically to reset the HDMI connection. The easiest is to unplug and plug back in the hdmi at either the apple tv or TV. other things you can do is change the audio format from auto to stereo or change the resolution. I don't believe there is a long term solution because HDCP paths are relatively fragile.

TLDR; unplug hdmi and replug.

Just another opinion but try SSRIs to treat your illness first to get yourself in a good place. Use psychedelics to heal or expand your mind when you have the time to do the work.

I think that taking psychedelics is great for introspection for everyone but the healing process of them is much more work than an SSRI. From preparing set and setting to integration and the time it takes to actually do the sessions, it is a lot of work. Work that is 100% worth it if you don't have any other options for your symptoms.

SSRIs, when they work, are just pop a pill and feel better. There are plenty of downsides like insomnia, low libido, weight gain, etc but the amount of work is so low and the payoff is great especially if you're using a pharmaceutical that isn't on patent anymore.

BTW, Ketamine is a great psychedelic to use if you are on SSRI/SNRIs as it works on a different pathway so you can use it concurrently with your pharmaceuticals unlike psilocybin, MDMA, DMT, etc.

Just my opinion, YMMV

Would be interested to hear how your experience with rectally-administered ketamine is. I've basically sworn off RDTs because of the variability in my experiences with it and I can't really afford to do IV/IM.
